Christophe works at AUDIMETRIE in Belgium, a TV and Web measurement company. Previously, he worked as an Information Technology Research Officer for the International Federation of Journalists and as an editor at the European Commission (General Secretariat and DGX). His PhD (Institut d'Etudes Politiques - Paris) research topic is: French parliamentarians and the development of telematics, 1978-1998. He received a Masters (D.E.S.) in Telematics and Organisation from the Free University of Brussels and has also received qualifications from the University of Lille (France) and the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium).
